How We Play

The standard session structure for both 5-a-side and 7-a-side football.

    2-Hour Session

    Standard 5-a-side and 7-a-side sessions run for two hours.

  2. 02

    3 Teams

    Players are organized into three teams that rotate throughout the session.

  3. 03

    15-Minute Games

    Each game lasts 15 minutes. Rotation continues until the two-hour session ends.

  4. 04

    Rotation

    A team may play a maximum of two games consecutively before rotating out.

  5. 05

    Decisions

    There is normally no official referee. The Host has the final call when a decision is required.

  6. 06

    Volunteer Referees

    If a player volunteers to referee, everyone must respect that person's decisions. Football stays competitive but respectful.
